Analyst OpRisk/BCM Processes
Aufgaben
Managing, reviewing, investigating and reporting on operational risk, business continuity and internal control events as a second line of defence in fund management company / Analysing internal and external operational risk incidents worldwide and tracking remedial actions and follow-up with owners to update on progress / Producing operational risk management information reports / Monthly consolidation of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) / Control of operational risks in various legal entities and maintenance or optimization of a solid risk framework / Monitoring of 2nd line operational risk control function through design, execution, and continual improvement initiatives / Review also of internal controls, self-assessment of risks and controls as well as business continuity worldwide / Generating of ad hoc or regular automated 2nd line reports on operational risks for the Head of Risk Management and the CEO of the fund management company regarding for Swiss investment and UCITS funds, inclusive outsourcing business / Optimize reports for a more trustful decision-making for investment strategy and investor security / Ensure compliance with the second-tier investment and operational risk control framework, processes and reporting regarding internal and external regulations and laws, e.g. PRIIP KID / Support the further development of the infrastructure for 2nd line operational risk control / Leading operational risk projects and support fund product initiatives / Holding presentations for Senior Management.
Qualifikation
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics / CFA, FRM, CIA, CPA, as an advantage / Experience in process risk management (OpRisk/BCM), including risk framework in an international bank, in the fund industry or at a BigFour companies with fund manager audits / Knowledge of fund products, portfolio management, risk reporting, etc. / Outstanding work and organizational skills / Ability to communicate, liaise and work with other departments / Curious and challenging mindset / Strong team player and capacity to work with other units based in several locations / Ability to work under pressure and to take clear decisions / Presentation and communication skills / IT flair, MS Office, Excel, etc. / French as well as English.
