Aufgaben:
Privat- und Geschäftskunden zu finanzieller Vorsorge, Spar- & Anlagelösungen beraten (z. B. 3a/3b, ETF‑Sparpläne, Vorsorgefonds).
Bedürfnisse analysieren, Finanzkonzepte & Angebote erstellen (ohne Versicherungen).
Online- & Vor-Ort‑Termine durchführen; Nachbearbeitung im CRM.
Bestand pflegen, Empfehlungen generieren und Follow-ups sichern.
Profil:
Quereinsteiger willkommen; Erfahrung in Verkauf/Service von Vorteil.
Kundenorientiert, kommunikativ, abschlusssicher und lernbereit.
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise; zuverlässige Termin- & CRM-Pflege.
