    As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high quality & proactive support to the Head of Investor Relations as well as the Investor Relations Officers. You will manage the administrative tasks and prioritize commitments in order to respect deadlines.

    Key responsibilities

  • Manage general administration activities with efficiency to ensure timely follow-up
  • Act as first point of contact for investors, handling routine correspondence & requests
  • Maintenance of the Investor Relations calendar and management of the Inbox e-mail
  • Organize travel arrangements and logistics in line with Nestlé Policy and coordinate with markets

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organization skills
  • Conscientious with strong attention to details and capacity to work within tight deadlines
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office & SAP
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written), any additional language would be a plus Additional information: the candidate who will start has to be available (mandatory) on the following days:
  • May 21st and 22nd
  • May 29th, 30th and 31st
