WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As Procurement Manager Tools & Processes (M/F/d) you will represent our local organization in Group projects and ensure that our procurement organization has functioning tools and processes.

In addition, you will take on the following tasks:
Introduction of tools and alignment of processes in the procurement community (e.g. optimizations of the ERP system)
Interface support and optimization of various departments such as IT, process management, compliance, risk management and accounting
Evaluation of KPIs
Responsibility for CIP activities, as well as implementation of improvement measures
Support of the stakeholder network:
Involvement in decision making
Development of new ideas and concepts
Involvement in alignment issues
Responsible for risk management:
Monitoring of existing risks
Further development of risk management in cooperation with the central department

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Completed higher education
Several years of experience in procurement of a technological company in a similar function
High methodological competence in procurement (SAP, data analysis, ordering processes, BI tool)
Analytical, process cost oriented thinking and experience in realizing corresponding potentials
Sound IT knowledge (SAP R/3, MS Office)
Very good communication skills in German and English
Occasional willingness to travel
