    Job Description

    As Development Manager at Release Therapeutics SA you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution across development programs.

    • Own day-to-day engine planning tracking delivery across internal external workstreams CMC non-clinical quality clinical prep Run project governance agendas minutes action registers decision logs clear follow-ups across dispersed stakeholders Source and manage vendor partners including RFP assessments Act self-starter synthesizing complex technical requirements into actionable project plans with minimal stakeholder inputs Maintain lens on plans ensure activities have right evidence in right time traceability version control inspection-ready mindset Build maintain simple robust systems dashboards KPIs risk registers document repositories SOP-lite processes fit small company Proactively identify bottlenecks propose solutions resourcing sequencing outsourcing decision points Support internal teams with flexibility remote work.
