**Position Summary

pioneered the portioned coffee market to provide the very highest quality coffees that could be enjoyed in the comfort of consumers' own homes and savored at out-of-home locations, such as restaurants, hotels, offices and luxury retail businesses.


Your main mission as Global Buyer and Business Partner is to be responsible for managing all procurement activities related to some Marketing and Corporate Services spend (Architects, General Contractor, Boutiques Operations Services, IS/IT projects and Design agencies) in collaboration with internal stakeholders and when relevant, with the above Procurement Organization.

You will be responsible for ensuring the creation & implementation of the right sourcing strategies at global and local level.

**A day in a life of a Global Buyer and Business Partner - Marketing and Corporate Services

  • Identify and manage the spends for his field of responsibility and implement the appropriate sourcing strategies
  • Gather, update and maintain information relating to his spends and the suppliers
  • Ensure regular internal stakeholder communication and management
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for his field of responsibility (e.g. prices, terms & conditions, delivery terms) and ensure frame agreement implementation
  • Benchmark our current suppliers and make appropriate recommendations to the Procurement Group Manager
  • Implement supplier performance tracking, innovations and ensure long term improvement
  • Responsible for delivering short term and longterm sustainable cost improvement
  • Periodically generate reports relating to his / her spends, (relevant KPI's, suppliers performance evaluation, contract commitment)
  • Contribute to Procurement's enterprisewide strategic direction via process improvement efforts
  • Be responsible for team KPIs
**What makes you successful: - University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or Finance.

  • Proven success over a sustained period (35 years) in delivering competitive advantage to the business within a global environment through development and implementation of sourcing strategies in the Boutiques Operations, Marketing or Corporate services environment.
  • Ability to successfully lead projects and implement change.
  • Demonstrated abilities in risk management, responsible sourcing and suppliers relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across a complex organization.
  • Understanding of National and International Procurement Regulations.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
