Beschreibung
We are looking for an Executive Assistant for a 6-month replacement and with immediate effect.

This essential role assists the Global Head of HR in her daily activities and helps to ensure that all necessary activities and interactions are taken care of and completed with the required speed and confidentiality.

Main responsibilities

  • Support Global Head of HR in all administrative and organizational aspects of the daytoday activities by acting as key reference person to handle multiple levels of administrative duties;
  • Manage calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls optimizing timetable and minimizing conflicts;
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and logistics, including flights, accommodation, and expense reporting, optimizing travel efficiency;
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, handling logistics, agenda preparation, and distribution of relevant materials;
  • Provide timely reminders and prepare necessary materials for scheduled events;
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and always maintain strict confidentiality.
Skills and experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
  • Highly flexible and able to manage priorities and workflow in a fastpaced environment
  • Peopleoriented with excellent interpersonal skills able to work globally and collaboratively with stakeholders across functions and countries
  • Friendly and professional demeanour
  • Precise and detailoriented
  • Excellent English skills (mandatory)
  • Advanced MS Office skills
