    SENIOR MANAGER, TICKETING GOVERNANCE

    [What you will be working on]

    Be a catalyst for effective governance as a Ticketing Governance officer


    Are you passionate about optimising public service delivery? Join our team and take a lead role in enhancing governance structures, ensuring transparency and promoting accountability within public transport ticketing.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the public transport
    ticketing governance framework


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and align governance
    practices across organisations with different roles and objectives


    • Conduct assessments of existing governance structures, identify areas for
    improvement and innovation, to ensure clear roles and responsibilities,
    system reliability and integrity, good customer service and revenue
    protection.


    • Provide guidance on compliance and risk management, and implement
    audits

    [What we are looking for]


    Requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or
    Accounting or equivalent


    • Experience in designing and implementing effective governance
    mechanisms and strong understanding of information security principles,
    ISO 27001 and PCI Security Standard is preferred


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to
    take initiative and build strong working relationships


    • At least 10 years of supervisory experience who leads by example, develop
    staff competency and able to work under pressure
