Social Media Manager JOOP (d/f/m):

In this exciting and diverse role, you will support our marketing department in managing the JOOP social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, & LinkedIn).


Your responsibilities:

  • Developing the JOOP social media strategy in consultation with the Head of Marketing
  • Aligning the social media editorial plan in coordination with E-Business and others
  • Organizing annual social media collaborations for Instagram & TikTok according to the marketing content plan (including sending appropriate merchandise)
  • Ensuring proper labeling with partners/bloggers
  • Planning social media content (feeds, stories, etc.)
  • Executing contests & challenges
  • Coordinating with the social media agency for social media advertising
  • Maintaining the influencer database and developing/overseeing annual collaborations
  • Preparing reports on the performance of social media channels, including evaluation of major projects or collaborations
  • Daily community management
  • Handling messages and complaints
  • Approving invoices via SAP & managing cost centers

Required experience and skills:

  • A completed education or degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Communication Sciences, or Marketing
  • Several years of professional experience in social media management within the fashion, têxtile and apparel trade, or in the beauty and lifestyle sector
  • Interest and a keen sense for trends in social networks
  • Team spirit as well as strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, resilience, and ability to perform well in challenging situations
  • Proficiency in written and spoken communication in both German and English
  • Proficient use of common Windows programs (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Driver's license class B
