    Our Pharmaand Life Sciences practice are looking for experienced Managers, SeniorManagers and Directors to join the team in Zurich.

    Following the year onyear growth of Baringa, we are excited to continue building our Pharma and LifeSciences practice across Europe andthe UK.

    The Pharma and LifeSciences sector is undergoing rapid and transformational change. There hasnever been a more exciting time to work in this sector with endlessopportunities and challenges. Our clients are pivoting how they work as newtechnologies revolutionise every part of their value chain and the value they createfor patients. This continues against a backdrop of rapidly rising developmentcosts and external market access pressures.     What will you be doing

    We provide advisory servicesto our clients across the pharma value chain from R&D to commercialisation,using our industry expertise and consulting skills. We work with a variety ofclients from the large established players to the rapidly growing industrydisruptors. Example types of work include:

  • Developing strategies and operating models to transform ways of working across the value chain from Research through Development to Commercial
  • Implementing change in global, x-functional organisations in a strategic and sustainable way
  • Designing and implementing Quality Management Systems and the associated GCP / GVP processes
  • Optimising product development team ways of working in response to change, , a new strategic direction, changing customer needs, evolving evidence requirements etc.
  • Advising on Patient Engagement strategies and operating models, considering how to measure impact and leverage data for insight
  • Creating best practice for strategic alliances to be successful whether that be for co-development or post-merger integration
  • Supporting Brand Teams with Advisory Boards, Launch Excellence and go-to-market strategies
  • Developing omnichannel strategies and building Global and Local omnichannel capability including the adoption of digital tools and agile ways of working

    • Your skills and experience

    We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit. Don't worry about 'fitting into a quota'; if you can demonstrate some of the skills we are after we would love to hear from you. Some of the key sills we are looking for:

  • You will have strong pharmaceutical and life science experience through working in management consulting with pharmaceutical and life science clients
  • You will have a track record of taking ownership, leading teams and delivering results in challenging client-facing environments
  • You will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the commercial acumen needed to help us grow the sector
  • You will have demonstrable consulting skills in one or more of the following:Transformation Programme ManagementChange ManagementProcess design enabled by technologyDigital, data and analyticsStrategy and Operating Model
