Located in Rolle and reporting to the EMEAI Senior Sales Director, this position is responsible for profitable revenue growth of BGA account(s) in the region.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for achieving AOP at assigned Airlines account(s).
  • Manage and motivate a regional team of specialists responsible for driving growth of Honeywell's portfolio:
  • Using product and industry expertise, tailor and deliver credible and persuasive presentations and value propositions, which anticipate, resonate with and address customer needs.
  • Employing a solution selling methodology: Build trust and credibility with key customer stakeholders, providing them with compelling insights which address customer pain and lead them to Honeywell solutions.
  • Developing and executing strategies to win future business, growing market share and overturning competitor incumbency
  • Employ a robust Management Operating System (MOS) to manage the sales pipeline and drive sales success and velocity;
  • Work with the Commercial and Sales Excellence organization to ensure necessary enablers are in place for sales effectiveness and velocity, including sales competency assessments, new hire training, sales incentive plan, Salesforce, etc.
  • Manage the Honeywell Performance Development (HPD) process for the team. Recruit and attract high performing talent. Manage onboarding of new hires and provide coaching and mentorship to the team;
  • Responsible for building strong succession bench trough regular planning;
  • Team with C&PS and Aftermarket CBT Business team to present a simple way of doing business with our customers

Key interfaces:
Business team, C&PS, Pricing, Contract, product Management, Finance, HR, commercial excellence

  • Drive RMU sales and secure repair & overhaul business
  • Senior and executive leadership engagement, both internally within Honeywell as well as with customers;
  • Support Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs);
  • Provide input to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning (STRAP) process.

REQUIREMENTS:

***- Minimum of 7 years of experience in selling;

  • At least 3 years of experience leading a sales team with demonstrated success exceeding targets in a competitive environment or demonstrated interest in managing people;
  • Strong demonstrated business/financial acumen and industry;
  • Bachelor's degree (industry experience plus demonstrated experience in sales is considered);
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
