- Overall responsibility for financial management according to OR and IFRS standards
- Leadership, development, and coaching of the Accounting team
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidation
- Responsibility for reporting to management and external stakeholders
- Optimization and digitization of financial processes
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Collaboration with auditors, tax authorities, and banks
- Completed education in business administration or accounting, preferably with a certified diploma in finance and accounting or comparable
- Several years of leadership experience in finance, preferably in an international environment
- Fundamental knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Abacus)
- Fluent German and good English language skills
