The Position**:

As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world we lead the way in the sport and event industry.
We are now looking for a

-
Executive Driver & Transport Coordinator that is part of
-
FIFA and supports us on our mission.

These are your key tasks:
Drive FIFA's executives / guests and VIPs to their desired destination (mostly within Zurich area)
Coordination and oversight of all transport requests, including driver allocations for events
Management of company's car fleet including organising services, dealing with accident and insurance claims
Shift planning and standby duties to ensure adequate coverage
Dealing with invoices

Your Profile**:

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
5-10 years of experience in a similar role
Proven trackrecord in managing several drivers and vehicles
Experience in premium guest relationship management
Fluent in German and English
Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES) is an asset
Proficient in Word and Excel
