Celeroton is a young, dynamic and growing high-tech company based in Volketswil. The gas bearing turbo compressors

with matching converters are used worldwide in fuel cell systems in the automotive, aerospace and marine industry as

the position of a

**Project Leader Development Projects (M/F/d %)

Your tasks:

quality and timeline

Project planning, organization and controlling
Communication with customers (OEMs & Tier 1), including necessary travel activities
Interface for internal stakeholders and coordination of project teams
Analysis of customer requirements and translation into internal specifications documents
Establishment of the supplier strategy for existing and new manufacturing technlogies
Supporting function for definition of new compressor, turbine, bearing and motor concepts

Our requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ETH/UNI/FH) or comparable education
Professional experience in the development of mechanical or mechatronic systems
Knowledge in structural mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, rotor dynamics, power electronics and/or

electrical machines is a strong plus

5+ years of professional experience in the automotive sector for mid

- to large-scale production

Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and creativity
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of German is a strong plus
