An exciting opportunity exists for a


Destination Experiences Intern to join our newly created luxury travel brand "Explora Journeys" to support the Destination Experiences department which oversees the development of the shore excursions in various places around the globe for our guests.


Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss Hospitality and luxury in Geneva.

Leveraging our parent company MSC Group's hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of four ships (currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travelers.


  • Expert\/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Willingness and ability to learn the use of new systems and processes;
  • Ability to process and manage large volume of data accurately in a short period of time;
  • Ability to prioritize;
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, any other language will be considered a plus;
  • Ability to work in an international environment;
  • Ability to work within a team and on individual basis;
  • Ability to work in a timely manner to meet deadlines;
  • Ideally, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality or Tourism industry;
  • Convention de stage required.


As an Intern (m\/f\/d) in the Explora Journeys' Destination Experiences department, you will take responsible tasks in agile projects and work with renowned companies from the tourism industry worldwide.

You will work closely with several other departments like IT, Accounting, Finance, etc. who will give you a deep insight into modern technologies and methods of product development.

You will be given the opportunity to participate in the development and implementation of an innovative product within the luxury travel industry and set milestones for its future.


Main responsibilities:


  • Data entry and management of products & services in various systems (e.g., Crunchtime);
  • Data entry to create Destination Experiences (excursions) library and port library;
  • Data collection of technical information, port information and terminal information for the ship;
  • Updating databases related to ship operations and tour operators;
  • Gathering and maintenance of information on various platforms;
  • Assist with insurance policies gathering;Managing and analyzing reports;
  • Creating presentations in PowerPoint;
  • Adhoc administrative tasks.
