For a renewed Client in the Retail and Fashion international industry, we are currently looking for a

STORE MANAGER

Job llocation:
Landquart.

As a Store Manager, you will have the responsibility for ensuring the achievement of the store business goals (both Sales and profitability) as well as to promote and enhance the brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures.

The Ideal profile has

Proven experience of minimum 2/3 years in a similar role within a Luxury Fashion Company
Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team
Team leading experience
Knowledge of the industry and business oriented
Strategic vision to develop the business
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Language proficiency in German and English. Any other language is a plus
Passion for fashion industry

Tasks:

Ensure achievement of store sales budget
Responsible for managing store costs effectively
Accountable for the overall results of the store, working closely with all managers to ensure daily activities are running smoothly and longterm plans are being met as well
As a dynamic and inspiring leader, you will manage all activities to achieve the business goals of the store, demonstrating an excellent customer experience
Perform work with high integrity and towards the company with corporate departments
Being a brand ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market
