Responsabilités et tâches :
La Coordinatrice, le Coordinateur est sensé gérer une équipe multidisciplinaire et multiculturelle en Tunisie et en Suisse, mobiliser le secteur privé en Suisse pour offrir une expérience professionnelle aux jeunes tunisiens et tunisiennes, encourager la diaspora tunisienne en Suisse, en France (et ailleurs) d'investir en Tunisie, représenter le projet envers les partenaires comme le SEM et la DDC, mais également envers les autorités tunisiennes partenaires et les bénéficiaires : les jeunes tunisiens et tunisiennes et la diaspora tunisienne. La Coordinatrice, le coordinateur remplacera la coordinatrice actuelle et sera placé sous la supervision du directeur régional MENA et le directeur pays de Swisscontact en Tunisie.
