Tasks

What will you do?

You will join our existing team of payment scheme compliance experts, adding your knowledge and expertise so that we can provide more valuable insights to all our customers (mainly card issuers, acquirers and service providers).

Monitor and evaluate scheme publications (e.g. Announcements, Business News, Bulletins, rulebooks etc.) and rule changes to understand their impact fully.
Write additional guidance that helps customers to understand how certain changes might affect their business and what to look out for.
Support our onboarding and customer success team with indepth scheme compliance expertise and good practices to help customers attain the most value from our products (e.g. configuration of their Kajo framework).
Establish and maintain relationships with the relevant people from the different payment schemes.
Participate in quarterly webinars to educate a wideranging audience about relevant rule and regulation changes.
Work closely with product, sales and operations to advance our product and improve our offering.

Requirements:

Do you have the right stuff?

You'll be a good match if you can identify with the following:

A highly motivated, self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to take ownership and drive things ahead
You are competent in English. German and other languages are a plus.
Proven track record as a Payment Scheme Compliance Manager (or similar role) with several years of experience in analysing and implementing rule and regulation changes of payment schemes such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCP, Diners, Union Pay etc.
Ability to understand and interpret scheme publications and identify their impact effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate complex compliance matters to nontechnical stakeholders.
