Our mission is to bring our expertise in home care and support to help residents in the Neuchâtel region with their life projects. We are committed to making these services accessible to all residents of the region, regardless of age, social, or economic situation. Our services are provided by small care teams, operating independently and distributed across 3 regions: Areuse, Doubs, and Seyon.

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for:

Auxiliary Nurses, 60-80%

Your mission

You will provide hygiene care, family assistance, and household help to individuals with physical, mental, or disabilities at their homes.

Your responsibilities

• Provide basic care and household assistance while respecting care objectives
• Support daily life activities
• Observe and report on situations

Your profile

• Red Cross nursing assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience in home care or geriatrics is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary environment
• Sense of responsibility and organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
