    In this position you deliver global campaigns that result in profitable market share gains for our leading Hearing Instruments brand and support our Group Companies on local campaign planning and execution. You report directly to the Senior Director Commercial Marketing.

    Your tasks

    Global Campaign Management

  • End-to-end ownership for global commercial campaigns within the scope of leading Hearing Instrument brand's marketing plan – from campaign strategy through to evaluation
  • Partner with global and local stakeholders across Marketing and Wholesale to define, create and deploy global campaigns, acting as business owner accountable for ultimate shape and success of campaign
  • Act as primary global interface for campaign matters to local commercial teams
  • Monitor and manage, in close collaboration with local teams, campaign performance against pre-defined KPIs and drive local and global countermeasures if needed
  • Control cost according to allocated campaign budget
  • Local Campaign Support

  • Counsel Group Companies on strategy and planning of local campaigns
  • Ensure cross-country exchange of best practices
  • Your profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • 5+ years working in regional or global (commercial) marketing and/or sales function, of which 2+ years campaigning experience
  • Hands-on experience in managing - from concept through to in-market execution - multi-country, multi-channel B2B and B2B2C marketing programs and campaigns
  • Experience in campaign planning and brief creation, incl. segmentation and targeting, opportunity sizing and business case, as well as journey design and KPI definition
  • Commercial, strategic, and results-oriented mindset, with strong business acumen
  • Experience working with and steering creative and digital experts (in-house and agency)
  • Project management and influencing without formal authority in a complex matrix environment
  • Local sales or marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience in the hearing aid or medical industry is a plus
  • Excellent English language skills; German and other languages is a plus
  • Ability to travel <10%
