You're passionate about events and get a thrill out of exceeding clients' expectations. Details are important and you are laser-focused on deadlines. A hardcore multitasker, you get a kick out of juggling multiple projects at the same time. You are at the interface between production and commercial. You make sure that local production teams deliver with excellence and exceed client expectations.

But you're also a people-person, a versatile team player who is capable of making your colleagues LOL.


What you'll be doing

  • Supervising the production teams and ensuring bestinclass execution together with the Country Operations
  • Train all teams assigned to an event and ensure adherence to the client's operational standards, tools, and processes
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams, including the resolution of client issues
  • Monitor all financials of your assigned account
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Identify and cocreate the processes and templates required for optimal account management

Must haves

  • 6+ years of event project management/team lead experience in the
    pharmaceutical/healthcare sector:
  • Strong leadership and creative problem-solving skills
  • Budget creation, management, and consolidation experience
  • Eligibility to work in the country where the job is posted
  • Able to delegate and multitask
  • Fluency in spoken and written
    English and French:
  • Knowledge on Cvent

Nice to haves

  • German language skills (except English)
  • Agency experience
  • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of digital event platforms
  • Great listening skills and able to digest information and present it in a succinct manner
