Responsibilities - After thorough training, you will independently investigate, treat, and advise adults and their relatives in our outpatient clinics. - As a senior physician with a special role, you have specific additional professional knowledge and competencies. - You will assume deputy departmental responsibility or responsibility for a specific competency area as well as, when needed, personnel management responsibility. - In your daily work, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of psychiatric disorders and collaborate closely with other departments and referring authorities. - You will provide background services for the Pfäfers location (Monday - Friday: phone availability, Saturday: on-site visit). Your Profile - You have completed specialist training in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (with MEBEKO recognition for foreign diplomas) and at least two years of specialist experience. - You have the professional education authorization for healthcare professionals. - You are comfortable with an interdisciplinary treatment approach that focuses on the needs of patients and their relatives. - You appreciate working independently and cooperatively in a multicultural team. - Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills and enjoys taking responsibility in their own area of expertise. - Additionally, you are willing to travel regularly between locations to support various teams and gain experience at different sites. - If you are also a team player, resilient, and have a sense of humor, we would like to get to know you.
