Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry.

You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills, and develop crucial networks across the bank.

The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.


Start date:
March 1st, 2023


Duration: 12-18 months


Academic requirements:
Recently completed bachelor's, master's or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences


Your field of responsibility

  • You will be part of the German COO team within Wealth Management Europe gaining indepth insight into running a Private Banking business and with exposure to key stakeholders (Management, Finance, BA COO, Marketing, etc.)
  • You will support the market area head for Wealth Management Germany in all businessrelated matters, i.e., presentations, (performance
- /product related) analyses, process improvements, etc.

  • You will perform various market development tasks on key strategic topics and growth levers (e.g., partnerships, market intelligence and market penetration) together with relevant stakeholders
  • You will actively enable finance & performance steering (forecasting & reporting)
  • You will drive a variety of analytical and conceptual tasks in the areas of project and business management as well as operational business support (i.e., tools & processes, intranet, unstructured payment analyses, team meeting minutes, etc.)

You will join the very dynamic and diverse German Market Area within the Business Areas Europe in Credit Suisse' Wealth Management division.

You will closely collaborate and partner with Relationship Managers, Team Leaders, and stakeholders from other Market Areas, Risk & Control functions, Finance and Marketing.

This is a rare chance for you to combine your interests in more strategic client development topics with proximity to business as well as hands-on operational tasks.
