Dans le cadre d'un projet stratégique chez un acteur biopharmaceutique international, nous recherchons un Monitoring Lead / SME Clean Utilities & Process Gases pour intervenir via une société de consulting spécialisée en Life Sciences en Suisse.Il s'agit d'un rôle senior avec ownership complet du programme de qualification et de monitoring des utilités critiques en environnement GMP.
Vos responsabilités
Stratégie & Qualification
Développer et implémenter les stratégies de sampling adaptées à l'usage des Clean Utilities et Process Gases
Rédiger et exécuter les PQ plans, sampling plans, critères d'acceptation et rapports de qualification
Piloter les analyses de risques GMP liées aux utilités critiques
Monitoring & Performance
Concevoir et structurer les programmes de routine monitoring
Mettre en place et suivre les programmes de trending
Assurer la coordination avec QC pour la libération des utilités critiques
Déviations & Change Control
Agir en tant que deviation owner
Conduire les investigations et CAPA en collaboration avec Quality
Intervenir en tant que SME dans les change controls impactant les utilités propres
Interface réglementaire
Présenter les approches PQ / monitoring aux autorités si nécessaire
Garantir l'alignement avec les référentiels EU GMP, PIC/S, ICH, FDA, ISO, GAMP
Profil recherché
Formation solide en microbiologie (impératif)
Expérience confirmée en qualification et monitoring de Clean Utilities et Process Gases
Maîtrise des environnements GMP pharma / biotech
Expérience avérée en gestion de déviations et risk assessment
Capacité à travailler en transversal avec QC, QA, Engineering
Allemand obligatoire (niveau professionnel)
Anglais apprécié
Localisation
Région Bâle – présence sur site requise
Démarrage souhaité rapidement.
