Our Internship Program is open to students who want to gain practical experience in one of the various career fields at the heart of the financial services industry.

Over the course of this in-depth, comprehensive program you make valuable contributions to the bank's work, develop skills, expand your knowledge and grow in confidence.

You participate in exclusive events, shadowing days, real-world business challenges and demanding tasks to extend your experience and create valuable networks in the bank and the wider sector.

By the end of the program you gain a rich, varied insight into our work at Credit Suisse and the industry in general.

Start date:
February / March 2023 (or upon agreement)

Duration: 4-6 months

Academic requirements:

Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences.

You will join the leading Swiss Mid Market Investment Banking team at Credit Suisse based in Zurich. We are part of Switzerland's #1 Investment Banking franchise with a long-standing track record of deal flow.

We advise Swiss mid-sized corporations, entrepreneurs and private equity funds on their strategic development and financing activities, including M&A, debt and capital raisings as well as leveraged buyouts.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as critical thinking
Solid corporate finance knowledge of accounting and valuation techniques
Outstanding communication skills as team player
High motivation and willingness to go the extra mile
Time management skills and ability to combine working under pressure with close attention to details
Excellent academic track record and proficiency in English and ideally German, French is a clear advantage
Previous work experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Consulting or related financial services is an advantage
