Join us on this adventure where every contribution counts To reinforce one of our teams working with our seniors, we are looking for a SOCIAL WORKER (M/F) on a permanent contract at 60%. Your missions and responsibilities: Support residents according to their specific needs and life habits. Implement and follow the individualized projects of beneficiaries. Participate in maintaining team dynamics within a collaborative work environment. Ideal profile: Diploma from a recognized social school or holder of a social worker qualification (CFC) with professional experience desired in the field of elderly care. Comfort in interactions with residents and proven skills in managing individualized projects. Ability to rigorously apply support concepts. Aptitudes and capacity to work in a team.
