Background:

Our customer is looking for an experienced project manager who will take responsibility for the evaluation and introduction of a new HR suite


Customer's requirement are:

Tasks:


In this demanding role, you will initially focus on planning, structuring, staffing and carrying out the evaluation of an HR suite.


You provide guidance with your project experience in the HR environment and use your hands-on mentality to develop the necessary content or To develop requirements for the tenders (RfI/RfP).

Since we want to rely on standard solutions, the challenge is to find the right altitude of concepts/requirements in order to handle the process efficiently but effectively.

This also includes the impact analysis of what the standards of the suites mean on our processes.


With your strong communication skills, you create transparency about progress, the necessary basis for decision-making and lead workshops and meetings with specialist and IT representatives.

For the implementation, you act as a project manager and internally as a SAFe Product Manager towards the supplier. Together with our internal and external partners, you plan the feature roadmap, milestones and content. You monitor progress, risks and ensure successful implementation in terms of time, costs, deadlines and scope. The contract can therefore be extended to the end of 2024.


Requirements:


  • Proven proven experience as a project manager in the evaluation and introduction of HR suites.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Business engineering skills to guide other BE's.
  • Certification and practical experience as a SAFe Product Manager
  • Agile mindset with correspondingly good social skills
  • German (business fluent)
  • English (fluent)
