As the market leader in connectors for the solar industry, we are looking for a sales expert for our

Renewable

Energy business segment to further develop our

H2 Hydrogen portfolio in combination with large-scale Photovoltaic systems.

Would you like to play an active role in shaping the energy transition?
Tasks

  • Contribute to the market business plans definition by sharing sales strategies proposals
  • Implement business plans to give practical value to the market strategies and ensure the achievement of the expected sales objectives
  • Manage and foster productive and professional relationships with specific key customer accounts
  • Development of the short and longterm business development and customer portfolio in line with the market strategies
  • Collaborates with the Sales head to set local key accounts strategy and supervises their projects
  • Visits customers / key accounts and participate in trade exhibitions and strategic events
  • Consult with customers to identify their evolving needs, build collaborative solutions and assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
  • Develop sales channels through customer networking, disruptive value solutions, product knowledge education and market segment focus
  • Gather and report on competitive and market intelligence
  • Identify new markets/product opportunities
  • Coordinate activities with the local/regional sales team to ensure the successful introduction of New Product and implementation of Marketing Campaigns
  • Location
    Allschwil, with extensive travel activity (up to
    50%). Regular presence to other involved Staubli sites
Profile

  • Higher education, degree in engineering or business administration
  • 710 years or relevant sales experience in an international B2B environment
  • Extensive knowledge of
    H2 Green Hydrogen market, sales principles and best practices, and ability to coach and develop others on them
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
  • Strength in problem solving, issueresolution, ability to work in a deadlinedriven work environment, attention to key details and ability to multitask
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Software skills: MS Office, CRM (e.g Aurea)
  • Fluency in English, French and German other languages as of advantage
  • Ability to closely collaborate and influence teams and individuals from diverse cultures and experiences. In particular, Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams
