What's the role?:

The driving force behind Hilti's wide-ranging Circularity program.

Develop and oversee projects from material input to business model innovation, from reuse to recycling and from packaging to production.

What does the role involve?:

Driving large, company-changing projects from idea to execution with a wide range of internal stakeholders. Educating and exciting the organisation on circularity and sustainability. Leverage your skills in communications, persuasion and data to go from "impossible" to "executed".

What you need is:

Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in circular economy, sustainability, or related fields, with a focus on operational experience.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience leading crossfunctional teams with high complexity and tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences (for updates and educational purposes)
