Key Responsibilities:


  • The development of a Johnson & Johnson customer portfolio
  • Sell ACUVUE(R) product portfolio
- actively driving sales growth and market share of ACUVUE Contact Lenses in line with business plans and the Johnson & Johnson Credo
- responsible for developing approx. 120 customers in your territory with the highest potential.
- set customers priorities and organize your visits efficiently
- spend 80% of your time in the field
- the average is 6 customer calls per day

  • Understand individual customer needs and work together with the customer to fulfill those needs
  • Understand customer potential, implement our segmentation, plan visits according to potential and execute the plan
  • Implement the POA strategy throughout the year
  • Analyze and understand the territory details

Qualifications:


  • A successfully completed business or science degree or training in the field of ophthalmic optics
  • First successful sales experience
  • Analytical and goaloriented approach
  • Strong contact and communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Organisational and planning talent
  • High level of commitment, responsibility and willingness to learn
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Very good and business fluent knowledge of German
  • Good Englisch and MS Office skills
- valid driver's license

  • Good Italian or French skills
