Tasks

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
Develop functional design documents based on customer needs.
Create Statement of Works for cost estimation and project planning.
Conduct customer and requirements workshops.
Ensure adherence to best practices in solution architecture.
Participate in the onboarding process and assume responsibility for a customer portfolio.
Foster innovation within the team and project environment.

Requirements:

7+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect specializing in Dynamics D365 CE and its predecessor editions.
Profound understanding of marketing, sales, service, and field service operations.
Demonstrated track record of advising on business solutions to proactively meet client needs.
Completed training and ongoing education in business IT or software engineering.
Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and utilization of DevOps tools such as JIRA.
Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English and German languages.
Strong commitment to quality, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset.
Enjoyment of client interaction without the requirement of extensive travel.
