- Ausarbeitung von Anforderungen für neue Produkte basierend auf den Geschäfts- und den Systemanforderungen
- Definition der Produkt- und Firmware-Architektur, einschließlich der externen Schnittstellen und der Koordination mit den Systemarchitekten
- Design und Implementierung der Controller-Firmware, inklusive CI/CD und integrierter Qualitätssicherung
- Evaluation von und Beitrag zu Open- und Inner-Source-Komponenten mit einem «open mindset» und gemäß dem «upstream first»-Prinzip
- Ingenieurstudium (Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar)
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Embedded-Firmware-Entwicklung mit Embedded Linux (Yocto/Cross-Development) und Erfahrungen mit dem Entwurf von Softwarearchitekturen
- Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse (C/C++), breites Wissen in Kommunikationsprotokollen (z.B. REST, IP, USB, Modbus, etc.) und ARM-basierten CPU-Systemen
- Erfahrung mit agilen Softwareentwicklungsprozessen (Scrum, SAFe) und modernen Entwicklungswerkzeugen, z.B. GitLab, cmake, VSCode, ...
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für eine enge standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Teams in Rastatt, Peking und Zug
