Responsibilities
- Create invoices tracking payments managing credit-debit memos with accuracy attention to detail.
- Manage weekly ICH registrations for all events ensuring that all data is submitted on time highest quality standards.
- Support the IATA Events Team with administrative tasks across the full event cycle from planning preparation to on-site coordination post-event follow-up.
