Its software and technology solutions enable institutions to store, trade, issue and manage any type of digital asset - such as crypto and digital currencies, digital securities, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) - with the highest possible security and agility.

We are looking for a Head of Development to join our Engineering team in Lausanne, Switzerland (or remotely).

As a member of our team, you will be contributing to the development of our platform, closely with blockchain experts, software engineers and partner organizations to enable our clients turn their projects into commercial success.


Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

Lead the development teams

  • Supervise and support the development team through management and mentorship
  • Monitor and control the efficiency of the teams
  • Maintain the the right balance between quality, safety and cost of development
  • Participate in coding and software architecture decisions
  • Assist in identifying and resolving team impediments
  • Promote and enforce the implementation of the software development life cyclein collaboration with the other "Heads" of the unit

Guarantee delivery according to the roadmap

  • Track deliverables and projects in collaboration with the Head of Projects and take necessary measures to meet the commitments
  • Coordinate intersquad interactions
  • Manage development capacities through recruitment and contractors
  • Work closely with the Head Of Cloud Ops for release and post deployment management

Own the quality of software development

  • Oversee the testing strategy including QA
  • Control and maintain the technical debt at an acceptable level
  • Pay particular attention to security and related developments
  • Aim to maximize client satisfaction and minimize highseverity support issues through highquality deliverables

Actively participate in the customer-oriented culture

  • Own, drive and follow level 3 support with the teams
  • Help with the scoping of customer requests
  • Manage action plan on critical severity issues
  • Contribute to the technical training of clientfacing technical teams
