Tasks

Operational Leadership: Lead, manage, and optimize all aspects of the company's daytoday operations, including but not limited to finance, human resources, IT, facilities, and administration
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategies that support the company's growth and longterm vision.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and employee productivity.
Talent Development: Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
Risk Management: Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Technology Integration: Lead the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions to enhance operations and support business growth.

Requirements:

Completed master's degree, doctor or comparable qualification in the field of business administration or engineering
A decisive personality between 35 and 50 years, with proven management skills. You are used to structuring of packages and processes, further able to empower and support your project stakeholders by clear and effective communication.
Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English. Further language skills are an advantage.
Professional experience in engineering, advisory or consultancy and the renewable energy industry
High resilience, entrepreneurial spirit
Capability and maturity to engage on Clevel and senior leadership
Wellstructured, organized, and serviceoriented way of working
