You will be responsible for:

Handle customer bookings, changes, and cancellations, and work with internal teams to ensure that all customer needs are met, and all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Provide information about the company's services, including transportation options, tour packages, and excursion options, and assist customers in making informed decisions about their travel plans
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and ensure that customer data is uptodate and properly stored in the company's databases and other systems

About you:
