You will provide technical and scientific support to our gene therapy research projects and to the development of our pre-clinical gene therapy program, which includes a variety of in vitro and in vivo experimental analyses.

• Carrying out molecular biology experiments such as PCR, DNA isolation, cloning etc.
• Cell culture work in BSL2 environment. Activities include cell line maintenance, isolation and culture of primary human and mouse cells, viral transduction, transfection etc.
• Flow cytometry analysis of ex vivo isolated mouse cells and in vitro cultured human cells.
• Organization of the laboratory: management of material orders, control of consumable stocks, equipment maintenance.
• Supporting the laboratory with administrative tasks

• You have a MSc in Biology/Biomedicine or a Biomed. Analyst degree
• At least one year of laboratory experience working with molecular and cellular biology techniques (PCR and flow cytometry experience would be an advantage)
• Experience with animal experiments (LTK1 certificate) is not required but would be an advantage
• You are selfmotivated, organized, set priorities, and enjoy working in a team
• Willingness to learn new experimental methods
• Reliability and a precise way of working
• Good knowledge of english (oral/written) and good computer skills.
