Sales Assistant / Receptionist


To support our Berlitz team in Lugano, we are looking for a Sales Assistant / Receptionist to join us as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • You will be right at the heart of the action, as the first point of contact for our customers.
  • You will undertake consultations, sell our services to private and corporate customers, and guarantee excelllent customer support.
  • You will plan social media marketing and networking initiatives and energetically realize these. You will maintain our customer relationships.

Your profile

  • You have a background in sales, business or tourism.
  • You are experienced in sales, ideally in the service sector.
  • You have a talent for organization, and initiative and flexibility are among your key strengths.
  • You are reliable and accurate in your approach to work.
  • You possess a high level of engagement, and working independently and flexibly is natural to you.
  • You have very good German, English and PC skills
