Swisslinx is currently looking for a Team Assistant to join our client, an Asset Management Boutique based in Zurich.As part of a small and young team you would be responsible supporting the investment professionals on all administrative tasks as well as general office management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team and the management on all administrative tasks
- Organization of internal and external meetings as well as business trips
- Supporting the team in the preparation of presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Preparation of reports as well as documentation and processes
- Document filing / CRM
- Active participation in various projects
- Office management
Your Profile:
- 3 years experience as an Assistant within a dynamic, fastpaced environment
- Allrounder with strong organization skills
- Full fluency in German & English (min. C1)
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Good collaborator and ability to work alongside a young, dynamic team
