Swisslinx is currently looking for a Team Assistant to join our client, an Asset Management Boutique based in Zurich.

As part of a small and young team you would be responsible supporting the investment professionals on all administrative tasks as well as general office management.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team and the management on all administrative tasks
  • Organization of internal and external meetings as well as business trips
  • Supporting the team in the preparation of presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Preparation of reports as well as documentation and processes
  • Document filing / CRM
  • Active participation in various projects
  • Office management

Your Profile:

  • 3 years experience as an Assistant within a dynamic, fastpaced environment
  • Allrounder with strong organization skills
  • Full fluency in German & English (min. C1)
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Good collaborator and ability to work alongside a young, dynamic team
