Beschreibung

We are hiring an Operations Manager with the ambition to have a tangible impact on our agency and the way we create value for our corporate and startup partners.

Tasks

Customer Relationship Management

  • Leverage and grow our partner platform (CRM) by engaging existing and potential partners.
  • Own and manage our event series "AFTER HOURS" for founders and managers.
  • Curate and frequently share portfolio, product, and company insights and updates with the team, our partners, and the public.
Operations

  • Manage internal and external projects working crossfunctionally.
  • Handle administrative tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
  • Execute accounting activities, conduct simple analyses and create forecasts.
Research

  • Research specific startup cases and spaces in different industries to sharpen our decisionmaking process.
  • Conduct initial evaluation and indepth analysis of new partnership opportunities.
  • Support and actively contribute to our UX research process.

Requirements:


  • Strong passion for startups and digital products.
  • Relevant work experience in a highpaced environment (agency, VC, consulting).
  • Selfmotivated with an analytical mindset and a tendency to make evidencebased decisions.
  • Willingness to learn and desire to make a difference.
  • Fluent in English and German.
