As a Project Manager at Evooq, you will be crucial in leading implementation projects to integrate and enhance the ecosystem of products and services for our clients.

You will oversee all aspects of project implementation, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from scoping to go-live.

Your expertise in project management, client collaboration, and technical integration will be essential in helping our clients achieve their objectives and maximise the value of our solutions.


What you'll do as a Project Manager:

  • Develop and maintain an efficient, repeatable, and scalable onboarding framework and methodology to streamline project implementation.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients, including creating and executing a project governance structure that involves all relevant stakeholders of both the clients and Edgevooq.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client requirements and objectives to tailor solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on integration strategy and methodology, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Development teams to address clientspecific issues and deliver customised solutions.
  • Ensure clients effectively utilise our products, offering comprehensive support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their product knowledge and maximise utilisation.
  • Produce project documentation, maintaining a comprehensive record of project details and progress.
  • Provide ongoing consulting and support to clients, addressing their evolving needs and challenges.
  • Identify potential product extensions and work closely with the product management team to drive their implementation.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in project Steering Committees, providing updates and insights on project status.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to identify and leverage crossselling opportunities, contributing to the growth of client relationships.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Technology) is preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in the financial services or consulting industry with a strong focus on implementation activities in the banking sector; knowledge of Swiss (FIDLEG) and European (MIFID) regulations is an asset.
  • A solid knowledge of wealth management processes, investment advisory, and investment products, enabling you to design and implement tailored solutions that align with our clients' objectives.
  • Indepth knowledge of financial services and fintech products, with a strong understanding of integration and technology.
  • Proven experience in project management and Agile delivery methods; software engineering experience is a plus, ideally with platform implementation experience.
  • Reliable with high attention to detail, a strong focus on delivering highquality results, and excellent client communication skills.
  • Strong team player who prefers to work in a collaborative, mínimalhierarchy environment.
  • Able to work in a dynamic team environment, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software and project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in French and English is required. Proficiency in German is a plus.
