Janssen Supply Chain (JSC) is the global organization responsible for supplying medicines to markets around the world.

Within the JSC Planning & Customer Management (PCM) area, the Global Planning Excellence (GPEX) team is responsible for state of the art processes from a
people, process and technology perspective, as such enabling the planners to focus on their key activities.

The GPEX team will ensure robust
processes ,
people are well trained and equipped with the proper capabilities and that
technology is constantly improved and innovative solutions are added to facilitate the work.

The GPEX team plays a central role in advancing the digital planning transformation journey, in support of our PCM vision, enabling growth, improving Customer Experience, and driving E2E Supply Chain efficiencies.

The Senior Manager, Domain Capability Lead is focusing on the
Digital products under the
Synchronized Planning (SP) domain
.

Under the leadership of the SP Domain Owner the incumbent defines the domain digital capability vision, strategy, value proposition & roadmap in collaboration with the product management team, GPEX process team and data asset owners.

Furthermore, the incumbent is accountable for digital capability development, deployment, and adoption with effective change management across whole capability life-cycle stages and drives for capability budget integration into BP/LRFP processes.


Defines the domain digital capability vision, strategy, value proposition & roadmap in collaboration with the product management team & domain owners.

Accountable for digital capability development, deployment, and adoption across LCM stages. Accountable for capability budget integration into BP/LRFP processes.


Senior Manager, Domain Capability Lead (f/m/d):


Key Responsibilities:

- _Creates domain digital capability vision & strategy and defines business requirements in collaboration with business SMEs, Business Product Owners & Product Manager, in alignment with the business / Domain strategy. _
- _Develops domain capability roadmap & business value proposition using 3E value methodology and identifies required resources. _
- _Accountable, within scope of digital capability, for digital products development & deployment across LCM stages in alignment with D&DS and JJT. _
- _Removes roadblocks, implements KPI reporting management and delivery of value creation through adoption and integration in regular business processes. _
- _Integrates capability roadmap into BP and LRFP processes. _
- _Oversight of domain capability digital product life cycle management. _
- _Enable cross domain digital prioritization & orchestration to optimize value of JSC digital investment and digital stack/ecosystem. _
- _Based on domain structure, may have Business Product Owners and/or Business Product Analysts as direct reports. _


Qualifications:

- _ _A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in an Engineering, Science, business, IT or other related field _
- _An advanced degree (MBA/Masters) is preferred _


_Experience:
_


  • 10 years' experience in Supply Chain or relevant, preferably across multiple functions
  • Experience as a business manager or owner in the relevant business segment, with responsibility for key processes and/or performance indicators of the organization.
  • Expert* level understanding of industry trends and user needs, ability to create a value proposition for the user and a vision for the (cross domain) capability.
  • Expert* level knowledge of a broad set of internal and external business drivers and financial metrics across enterprise in order to prioritize digital products that drive business objectives & capabilities.
  • Expert* level experience with defining a vision, setting & deploying a strategy across complex business processes and stakeholders.

Digital Experience:


  • Understanding/Experience in underlying conceptual models
  • Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Scientific and Digital Health Technologies.
