    (Professional) Contract & Process Manager - HCP Relations (360)

    In this independent and dynamic role you'll be part of the Medical Affaire Team, supporting them in managing the increased workload. Your multitasking skills will be essential for managing multiple projects and corresponding deadlines simultaneously.

    Tasks

    • Collaborating with the team for a coordinated and consistent approach to ensure the preparation, execution, communication and timely conclusion of contracts on a global scale, whilst meeting all relevant compliance guidelines and EFPIA requirements
    • Preparation, execution, documentation and archiving of standard and non standard contracts
    • Constant cross-functional coordination of operational processes
    • Project management throughout all phases; from preparation, scoping, analysis, design, implementation and execution
    • Act according to the legal rules, global and local compliance regulations
    • Responsible for the contract-related logistics incl. drafting and finalization of sponsorship together with project lead
    • Initiation of EFPIA processes by tracking activity ID's
    • Creation and handling of EFPIA relevant PO's, as well as ensuring the invoicing process and payments
    • Proactively drive process optimization and improvements in efficency

    Requirements

    • An Bachelor's Degree in economics or a similar field with relevant work experience
    • 2+ years of work experience in contract management within the HCP environment
    • You're a reliable character with a task and result oriented, structured work ethic
    • Used to work independently and used to a fast paced work environment
    • Teamplayer who likes to work in a multi-cultural working environment
    • Great social skills to build and maintain relationships with HCPs
    • Fluent English, German language proficiency is a plus
