  • Job Type: Permanent roleOM Pharma is strengthening its international engagement activities and we are recruiting a Stakeholder Engagement Lead based at our global headquarters in Geneva. Reporting directly to the Head of Medical Affairs, you work in close collaboration with cross-functional experts from Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing and Commercial departments to define and implement our stakeholder and external expert management activities on a global level. You act as expert and lead on all Key External Experts topics for our company.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Create and implement successful communications and stakeholder engagement plan, including detailed tactical delivery plans for the bacterial lysates franchise, in line with the corporate strategy, the marketing and medical brand strategy and the development strategy
  • Contribute to building up / expanding external expert network and engagement to increase advocacy across bacterial lysates brands
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholder groups including medical/scientific experts across disciplines, guidelines groups, medical societies, patient advocacy groups, antibiotic stewardship networks
  • Work with the different teams to identify key issues, how they relate to the relevant stakeholders and what mitigation measures can be discussed with key stakeholders
  • Ensure stakeholder records are kept uptodate and reflect latest contact and engagement activities
  • Oversee and coordinate relevant regional external expert management and engagement activities together with the Regional Medical Affairs Managers
  • Identify and communicate to relevant internal partners new development opportunities and potential innovations opportunities
  • Participate to congresses, advisory board meeting, symposium whenever relevant in scope of the stakeholder engagement plan
  • Create an overview of stakeholder engagement activities of key partners in key countries
  • Plan and manage a budget dedicated to stakeholder engagement activities
  • Together with the Global Head of Medical Affairs, lead and coordinate specific data generation plans
  • Ensure optimal implementation at key partner level of Global initiatives
International business travels are required for this position 30-40% of the working time.

  • Master or PhD in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmaceutical or similar
  • Proven experience in international global KOL Management
  • At least 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically related to Medical Affairs, and external expert/stakeholder engagement
  • Solid international experience across geographies, and with partner business models
  • Experience with regulatory health authority interactions is an advantage
  • Business fluent in English and French
