Your tasks

• Development and Management of the team
• Capacity planning and coordination of laboratory tasks
• Lean process Management
• Encourage the team in technical issues
• Ensuring on-time delivery of analytical results
• Handling of critical GMP cases
• Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements
• Main point of contact for customer audits and inspections by authorities
• Creation of quotes for analysis

Your qualifications and attributes

• We are looking for team players who want to share their knowledge with the team and improve their personal skills
• Background in GMP chemistry, analytical sciences or a related field
• Must-have: Leadership experience
• Experience in Liquid chromatography and Dissolution
• Experience with Software such as Chromeleon, WinSotax and LIMS
• TLC knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Fluent in English and German
