Responsibilities:
- Implementation support and management of business and IT projects in the area of HR, with a focus on transformations in the area of digital HR
- Conceptual design of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of HR cloud implementations
- Supporting and implementing organizational, processrelated, ITrelated and personnel changes in the HR organization
- Planning and management of training measures
- Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy and IT
- Academic excellency: outstanding Master's degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social sciences or Information Technology.
- Industry and / or CU knowledge: profound experience in workforce transformation, min. 1 years of work experience and internship in industry or working with workforce transformation.
- Consulting experience: profound expertise in consulting and project management.
- Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and selfresponsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
- IT affinity: very good MS Office skills.
- Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
