As a Concierge Executive you will be :

Taking calls, answering queries, sending and receiving emails.
Taking duties within the charter team.
Preparing and presenting charter proposals.
Welcoming Employer's passengers or some Employer's sister companies' passengers at Geneva Airport.
maintaining routine clerical records, logs and data and compiling routine reports.
Analysing information, finding solutions to day-to-day problems and removing any glitches, which might hinder the effectiveness and operations of the Employer (and of its group)

The successful candidate has:

Exceptional presentation including language.
Good administrative abilities and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Good experience of business aviation.
Experience using MS WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT.
Must be dedicated and should possess critical problem-solving abilities.
Good managerial abilities, leadership skills and decision-making skills.
Computer knowledge, data entry abilities and reporting.
Fluent English and French with one additional language
