Communications Administrator 60-80%

We are looking for a
Communications Administrator who will work closely with the Communications Team Switzerland and others, to assist with delivery of the communications strategy for Switzerland and its respective sponsoring engagement.


The main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining inventory of sponsoring merchandise.
  • Supporting the internal promotion of our sponsoring engagements, incl. tendering and distributing tickets to events.
  • Responsible for the administrative process for sponsorships, incl. onboarding, third party due diligence (TPDD, internal questionnaires), and contracts.
  • General administrative support, incl. filing of documents and messages, and coordinating external meetings.
  • Helping with the distribution of official announcements, including managing distribution lists, and liaising with our mass mailings provider as necessary.

Qualifications and requirements:


  • Background in business administration, with at least four years of relevant experience.
  • Native German speaker with excellent verbal and writing skills in German and English
  • Ability to research and summarise different topics
  • Experience in working in a large organisation and a fastpaced environment
  • Interested in communications or marketing
  • A strong team player
  • Able to handle different tasks and projects in parallel and to prioritise
  • Detailoriented
  • Well organised and a passion for process and structure
  • Handson mentality and able to work independently
