The main purpose of this role is to take care of new and existing Private Label and OEM customers for flexible abrasives.

In this multifaceted, international role, you'll take on responsibility for the following:


  • You ensure that every customer gets their own tailormade products, fitting to their needs and requirements
  • Through professional consulting, you keep our existing customers happy on the long run and thereby create additional turnover on both ends
  • In order to grow continually, you prepare and execute on the acquisition of new accounts
  • Ensuring optimal service quality through coordination of diverse internal experts, ranging from product management and engineering to logistics
  • You manage offers and prices actively and, if due, negotiate new conditions
  • And since we hope you like not only customers, but also numbers, you will also handle turnover and sales plans as well as margin management

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor or Master degree in business related studies, preferably with a specialization Sales and/or Marketing, or similar educational background
  • Several years of sales and/or business development experience in B2B are a distinct advantage
  • Sound technical understanding of, or profound interest in abrasives
  • Pronounced customer orientation
  • Strategic and analytical thinking abilities, good negotiation and presentation skills, good communicator with intercultural skills and empathic manner
  • Languages: Fluent in English is must, good knowledge of German is an advantage and any other language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally, about 2030%
