To join our client's team, an international organisation in Geneva, we are looking for a Project Manager / PMO.Responsabilities:
- Prepare and manage project plans and project documentation for all the projects
- Identify project risks and link to project and business objectives
- Assess ongoing relevant activities impacting resource allocation
- Prepare a simple resource allocation and reporting tool
- Orchestrate resource allocation among the projects and teams
- Directly manage two to three major projects
- Experience at working both independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment essential
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problemsolving capabilities
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
- Fexible during times of change
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients,and other departments
- Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Languages : Fluency in english, french a plus
